Cookie policy
This page explains what information the site may store on your device, under art. 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Italian version prevails.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files a site asks the browser to save on the device and send back on later visits. Other technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), also save information on the device, and the law treats them the same way.
This site uses no cookies
The site uses no cookies of any kind: no technical, analytics, profiling or third-party cookies. In particular:
- we use no statistics or behavioural analysis tools;
- we embed no third-party content such as videos, maps, social networks or widgets;
- the fonts are those already installed on your device (system fonts), and the site downloads no font files;
- the pages load no resources from other domains.
The only information saved: your animation preference
The site saves information on your device only if you use the “Stop animations” control at the bottom of the page:
- name: cyberx-motion; value: paused; type: first-party local storage (localStorage);
- purpose: remembering that you chose to stop the animations, so they do not restart when you change page or come back;
- duration: until you resume the animations, which deletes the value, or clear the site’s data in your browser.
This storage is strictly necessary to provide a feature you explicitly asked for, so it requires no consent (art. 122(1) of the Code). It contains no data that identify you and is never sent to our servers.
Why there is no banner
A consent banner is needed when a site uses cookies or tools other than technical ones. This site does not use them, so we ask for no consent and show no banner. Should we ever introduce tools that require it, we will update this page and ask for your consent before enabling them.
