Intellectual property
Texts, drawings, illustrations, graphics, logos and distinctive signs on the site, including the CyberX and MELA marks — protected where registered and, in any case, as distinctive signs used by the company — belong to CyberX S.r.l. or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright law (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941), industrial property law (Legislative Decree no. 30 of 10 February 2005) and unfair-competition law (art. 2598 of the Civil Code). Reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial use and quotation within the limits of the law.

Nature of the content
The content of the site is for information only and is not an offer to the public. We take care over it but do not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date and error-free, and we may change it at any time. In addition:
- the values shown in charts, diagrams and sample screens are illustrative and do not represent real data;
- the information on MELA and the scientific references cited are for general information only: they are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and do not replace consulting a healthcare professional.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CyberX S.r.l. is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from reliance on the information published, nor for interruptions or malfunctions due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury, liability for breach of duties arising from rules of public policy and the mandatory rights granted to consumers by the Consumer Code are unaffected in any case.
External links
The site contains links to third-party sites, such as the Wedica website and the official sources linked in the legal pages. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or their processing of personal data.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with professional users, the Court of Brescia has exclusive jurisdiction. The mandatory rights of consumers remain unaffected: territorial jurisdiction belongs to the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile (art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005) and any clause derogating from it is void (arts. 33 and 36 of the same Code).
